Philip Palmieri
President & CEO

Phil founded IPS after have a distinguished career in Sales and Marketing in both the technology and print industries. During that career, Phil has developed and managed the relationships for such companies as General Electric, IBM, Nestle, Pitney Bowes, Berkshire Hathaway, Mercedes, Peoples United Bank, and many more. Before opening IPS, he has held positions as the National Account Director for the fifth largest printer in the world, Regional Channel Marketing executive for a global software business and the VP and founder to one of the largest and fastest-growing print distributors in the country. While at IPS, Phil has been heavily involved in the community, including board roles at Junior Achievement, Operation Hope, and Woofgang Co. He has also been volunteering as an entrepreneurship consultant at the local high schools for the last 16 years. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Sacred Heart University and a M.S. in Analytics from Villanova University as is a proud veteran of the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Infantry Division.

Jeff Vogt
Director of Creative

Jeff Vogt is IPS's resident expert in helping clients and brands make an emotional connection with their customers. He does this by combining powerful strategic messages with elegant world-class production.  He was one of the original key art directors on BMW, a member of the creative team recognized by Adweek magazine as one of the best of the century. He was the Creative Director on many high profile campaigns, including Pepsi, MTV, Volvo, Nikon, Reebok, VW, BASF and Jaguar, while working for agencies such as Scali, McCabe Sloves, DDB Needham, Young & Rubicam, BBDO and Chiat/Day. In 1993, Jeff started his own creative agency, Turbine, where he grew the business to include national and global accounts including Samsung, Chase Bank, NFL, Nokia, ESPN, BMW, Allied Domecq, UnitedHealthcare, Wellesley College, the AICPA and Oxford Health Plans. Jeff’s campaign for Samsung is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art.

Liz Alesevich
Vice President, Corporate Accounts

Liz Alesevich is the VP of Corporate Accounts working with C-suite executives and management teams to grow and promote companies and brands ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local nonprofits.

Liz joined IPS in 2013 and has grown into her current leadership role utilizing her expertise of web to print programs and promotional initiatives through various media and platforms. Her niche focuses on the development and launch of marketing campaigns incorporating direct mail, commercial promotions and company store programs. She believes her communication and negotiation skillsets allows her to drive value-based, strategic partnerships with her clients. Liz is a Certified Direct Mail Professional (CDMP) and is extensively skilled in Adobe programs.

Liz holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Design and a Master of Business Administration from Philadelphia University.

Dylan Hooper Goetinck
Vice President, Marketing Operations

Dylan Hooper Goetinck is the VP of Marketing Operations. He is responsible for the implementation of marketing initiatives, marketing infrastructure, and corporate programs.

Dylan joined IPS in 2018, after graduating from Mercyhurst University with his B.S in Marketing. During his time in school, he worked in several small business marketing roles, was a member of the Mercyhurst rowing team and earned the 2018 Award for Excellence in Marketing from the Walker College of Business at Mercyhurst. He is advanced certified in Sharpspring Marketing Automation and certified in Google Adwords. Out in the community, Dylan is a coach for Great River Rowing in Shelton where he works with their Master’s Rowing Program.
